**TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
**Service Agreement:**
The client agrees to provide access to the premises for Clean Settee Upholstery Cleaning Service for the purpose of conducting the upholstery cleaning service.
**Payment:**
The client agrees to pay the full price quoted for the service, as agreed upon at the time of booking. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
**Cancellation Policy:**
If the client needs to cancel the service, they must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
**Guarantee:**
The company guarantees the quality of the cleaning services. If the client is not satisfied with the quality of the service, the client must report this within 24 hours of service completion. Clean Settee Upholstery Cleaning Service will then re-clean the item at no additional charge.
**Liabilities:**
The company is not responsible for any existing damage to the client’s property in the form of old stains/burns/spillages etc. which cannot be cleaned/removed completely by the cleaning agent using the industry standard cleaning methods.
**Insurance:**
The company has public liability insurance which covers any accidental damages caused by an operative working on behalf of the company, reported within 24 hours of service completion.
**Complaints:**
Any complaints should be reported to the company via email or phone within 24 hours of service completion.
**Right to Refusal:**
Clean Settee Upholstery Cleaning Service reserves the right to refuse any cleaning job if the condition of the property is deemed to be a health hazard to the operatives.
